Yesterday, while tying to enhance the usability of my website directory particularly the section of culinary arts, I just noticed that Google has no definitions yet of this phrase using the search command “difine:Culinary Art”. For the sake of accomplishing my task and with the help of wikipedia, and with some insight about the subject, I made the following definition:

“Culinary art simply means the art of cooking or preparing food for consumption. It is the art of applying and a selection of various methods, measurement and combinations of ingredients, skills, and tools to achieve a well prepared food in terms of flavor, texture, appearance, and nutritional properties.”
