- Reviewing of documents, contracts, misallettes, scripts, etc.
- Detailing of arrangements with venue manager and other suppliers
- Drafting of the plans and time lines for the event date.

- On-the-day Coordination
On-the-Day Coordination:
- Consultations or meetings by appointment at least a month before the event (4-5 meetings).
- On-site Management of the bridal preparation, ceremony and reception set-up ;
- Contract Review , distribution of misallettes, briefing with suppliers and participants
- Drafting of Reception Program and oversee its implementation in coordination with the Emcee;
- Guest seating plan management;
- Gift and guest registration management;
- Photo sequence management;
- Guest book routing and souvenir distribution;
- Management of left-over food;
- Suppliers & gratuities payment for the suppliers as endorsed to the Event Manager;
- Conflict resolution and management;
- Includes 3-4 professional coordinators and 1 Event Manager equipped with two-way radios .
