There is no defined standard to measure how good or bad engineering schools are. Also, some schools might be the best in one field of engineering and worst on the other field so it is hard to make a generalization.

In the past few years, I’ve been tracking the result of board exam for various professions in the Philippines. My expectation is that the University of the Philippines (U.P.) should always top the rank among other school in the percentage of passers.
