About AMA Education System. AMA Education System was founded by Dr. Amabele R Aguiluz V in 1980 and first held its classes in Mandaluyong. It has started as an Institute of Computer Science, providing computer education in the Philippines. At present, it has more than 100 branches in the Philippines and abroad. The AMA Computer College in Quezon City was confer to a university status and now named AMA Computer University.
